This is a multi-system detox program that is used for up to 14 days. I didn't have any bad side effects or anything, it just didn't seem to work that well for me. BM function did not improve or increase, so after 3 days I just stopped. It's one of the better-priced products in this type of product line, so that's why I decided to try it first.
