This is a "high performance fat burner" as listed on the package. I really like Isatori products, they are high quality and they offer great customer service on their website. The MX-LS7 is a nice product that you can feel working but it does not make you too jittery or out -of-whack. It also seems to help with appetite control. I like that you can adjust your dose to what feels right for you (not recommended to take more than 4 capsules in a 4 hour period). As with all thermogenics, it's a good idea to give your adrenals a regular rest (weekends, whatever). This product does help amp up workout performance, I would recommend it as a first time thermogenic try.
