I used this to help my son, who was showing signs of agitation whenever it was time to go to school. We'd already ruled out other issues and explanations, there were no environmental or illness issues that would explain his general nervousness. I gave him half the dose at the recommendation of our Naturopath, and this seemed to do the trick. I don't know if we need to continue giving to him forever (hope not!) but for now he gets one daily dose. He is much less anxious in the mornings now.
