1) Register or Login. Register for a free FreeThrive account to participate in the Exchange, Boards, Product Reviews and other activities. Participate often to earn more points. Use your points to obtain Exchange items.

2) Read FreeThrive Disclaimer. By participating in FreeThrive Exchange, you agree to the Disclaimer and Terms of Use.

3) Purchasing via Member Exchange:

• If you find something you want, use your points to purchase that item. If you don't have enough participation points to get the item, you can buy more (see "Get FreeThrive Points" section) or you can choose to purchase the item using PayPal or a credit card.
• It is the purchasing member's responsibility to determine the quality of the item before spending points on it. Communicate with the listing member if you have any questions BEFORE you purchase the item.
• Before purchasing the item, look at the other person’s participation points and activity. Decide if you want to participate in exchange with this person. Exchanging is done at your own risk and FreeThrive is not responsible for exchange misunderstandings or failed agreements. Freethrive.com cannot refund money spent on points that result in a failed Exchange.

4) Listing An Exchange Item:

• Include as much as possible about the condition of the item. Decide on a reasonable points price for your item when posting.
• When someone purchases your item, you are responsible for shipping that item. Clean, pack and send items carefully. Use tape to secure lids and unsealed envelopes. Use bubble wrap to pack items to prevent shipping damage. Most exchangers send via US Postal Service unless otherwise discussed.
• IMPORTANT: Once you receive notice that someone has purchased your listed item, please remove it from the Exchange listing to prevent another member spending points on it when it is no longer available.
